Late summer at Longwood Gardens is often a great opportunity to photograph dragonflies and damselflies, which swarm the cool lily ponds. August 2010 was an especially good year for damselflies. This photo was judged third place in the Novice nature photography category in November 2011 of the Arundel Camera Club.
