The afternoon sun warms the stone walkway at St. Anthony's, a Franciscan Monastery in Howard County, Maryland. I was especially taken by the shadows of the archways. The image placed third in the January 2013 monthly competition in the novice color print, open category. Seven images went into this HDR composite to assure that both the light and shade could be captured.
