Parked facing Highway 191 in Bluff, Utah, the beautifully rusted truck bears a banner announcing the Twin Rock Trading Post. On an unusually cold and rainy March (2012) afternoon, the truck's patina was especially rich and simultaneously sad looking. This HDR image was produced from seven individual photos. Highway Guardian was selected Best in Show in July 2012 in a competition of the Baltimore HDR Photography Club.
