Aztec Reconstructed Kiva

Aztec Reconstructed Kiva

Earl Morris is best known for excavating Aztec Ruins near Bloomfield, New Mexico. This reconstructed kiva is part of the current Aztec Ruins National Park. Though there is debate about the accuracy of the reconstruction, many feel it helps visitors understand the possible appearance and use of the kiva in the in ancient Indian cultures.
